UG Calculator provides a free, web-based dinosaur trade value calculator for players of UG VR. The calculator uses a community-based formula to assign guide values to in-game dinosaurs at various levels and modifier combinations. The output is intended as a reference guide to help players evaluate the fairness of a proposed trade.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or completeness of the calculator or its outputs.
3. Informational Purpose Only
All values produced by the calculator are community guide values only. They are not official in-game prices and do not guarantee that any trade will be completed, accepted, or valued at the stated amount by other players.
UG Calculator does not facilitate, broker, or participate in any in-game trades. Any trade you enter into in UG VR is solely between you and the other player. We accept no responsibility for the outcome of any trade, regardless of what the calculator indicates.
4. Not Affiliated with Studio Wildcard
UG Calculator is an independent, community-created resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to Studio Wildcard or the official UG VR development team. All game trademarks, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site’s infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content from the Site without permission
- Misrepresent calculator outputs to deceive other players in trades
- Reproduce or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
6. Intellectual Property
The UG Calculator name, logo, site design, and the original written content on this Site are owned by or licensed to UG Calculator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written permission.
UG VR game assets, dinosaur names, and related content are the property of Studio Wildcard. UG Calculator makes no claim to ownership of any game-related intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UG Calculator and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or its calculator outputs, including but not limited to losses resulting from in-game trades made in reliance on those outputs.
The total liability of UG Calculator for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed zero, as the Site is provided entirely free of charge.

The Site may contain links to external websites or services not operated by us. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Linking to an external site does not constitute endorsement of that site or its content.
